CNC Machining Services

With our in-house CNC machining services, V W Broaching Service can produce your project complete, from blueprint to finished part.

There is no need to spend money on shipping and handling to multiple vendors when V W can be your single source provider. In addition to our traditional cnc broaching equipment, V W Broaching Service has multiple CNC machines in our 54,000 square foot facility.

CNC Machining Capabilities

Our turning centers are fully equipped with up to 3” bar feed capacity, and a generous 30” swing, with a 16” maximum turning diameter. A full C-axis, and high-torque live tooling eliminates the need for costly secondary operations.

We can often provide quick turnaround, and are happy to quote any lot size, with no minimum. We also offer secondary operations for CNC machined parts such heat treatment, coatings and more.
